Job description

Your tasks

  • Provide general administration support to the project team
  • Professional preparation and coordination of appointments and meetings
  • Obtaining offers, handling and approving invoices, handling invoice reminders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Responsible for supporting the team in an administrative capacity and manage the filing database
  • Project documentation support and creation of documents, including PowerPoint presentations, project offers and reports
  • Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and polite manner


Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
  • Professional experience in an administrative function, preferably in the field of project management and/or the constrution sector
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle several projects at one time and meet required deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English and French skills (both written and spoken), Flemish and German are a Plus
