Ajusto is a rapidly growing start-up with a lot of ambition. Our home services platform www.ajusto.be is operational in Brussels region and we are quickly expanding on other regions and services. At Ajusto, you’ll be in a start-up mode, working in a rapidly changing environment in one of the world's fastest growing markets: smart homes. You will be part of our Sales team, reporting directly to the general manager and working closely with the marketing department. In this entrepreneurial job as Pro Account Manager you take full responsibility in the development phase of Ajusto.be and introduce the company and our service platform to local professionals and installation companies (plumbers, electricians, painters, locksmith,..etc.). You will contribute in particular in helping Ajusto expand its community of partnering professionals to other cities in the Walloon Brabant and Wallonia and in developing our portfolio of services. We are ambitious, so if we say growth we mean growth. Our mother company 50five is already active in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany and The United Kingdom. And that is just the beginning. 

What will you do on a daily base?

  • Translate the sales strategy into your own sales plan for your region (action plan, targets and KPIs)
  • Prospect and contract selected professionals on your region
  • Develop new sales channels and build partnerships (B2B2C and B2B) to accelerate the growth of our portfolio of professionals, services and customers
  • Screen and then actively monitor skills, competencies and required certifications of our partnering professionals based on Ajusto’s highest standards
  • Train professionals in the use of our platform app and our processes;
  • Work closely with the marketing manager to extend the catalog of products and services, workout pricing and set up marketing events and communications
  • Work closely with Operations team to optimize processes (the allocation of jobs towards professionals)
  • Provide support and care to the network of professional so as to ensure their satisfaction (invoicing and payments, follow-up on interventions, provide feedback on customer reviews, take action to ensure the highest sustained quality of work)
  • Report to the general manager on KPIs for the development & retention of the Professional network

Job qualifications

Who are we looking for? 

You are comfortable and autonomous in end-2-end sales processes and can you easily take the customer’s perspective. You can also adapt to diverse audiences and have a strong empathy. You are familiar with the home services business and get truly happy through a combination of helping others and reaching your own goals. You are well organized and know how to be successful without having much guidance.



You are very welcome to react if you:

  • have a technical sales representative background
  • have Excellent listening skills
  • acquired a bachelor degree or similar by experience;

  • possess sales and/or marketing acumen;
  • are digital minded with experience in introducing innovative products or concepts is appreciated;

  • very good communication and writing skills in French and English. Dutch is a plus;

  • You master Microsoft Office applications and quickly find your way in front-end applications.
